Remote connections to our servers that are not protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be disabled as of close of business Friday, May 8, 2020. To ensure your users are able to access the servers, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit a Hosting support ticket with Subject line "MFA Setup for [Your Organization Name]"
Step 2: In the ticket, please provide the following information for every User who accesses your ASI Hosted server(s) via Remote Desktop:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile telephone number
- Mobile device type (iOS or Android)
(If you need a list of your current Remote Desktop users, the analyst assigned to your ticket will provide that upon request.)
Step 3: The analyst will walk you through the steps to complete the configuration of DUO multi-factor authentication, including device activation and scheduling a reboot of your server(s).
