How is my personal information (email, phone number, etc.) kept safe after I submit it to Hosting Support?

In setting up your DUO account, you are asked to provide your full name, email address, mobile telephone number, and mobile device type. 

After ASI has created your DUO account with the personal information you provide, the information is redacted in the ticket and inaccessible by anyone going forward.
