How can I provide access for my AiSP/AiC/ASI consultant (Authorized iMIS Solution Provider/Consultant)?

If you have an AiSP/AiC who needs access to your server(s) or iMIS Desktop, please note this in your multi-factor authentication setup ticket.  If that AiSP/AiC does not have a DUO account already, they can provide these on your ticket – or they can submit a separate ticket with their information (some do this since they support multiple clients).  With your approval, we will grant their group access to your server(s).
