We manage our DNS in Cloudflare; what do we need to do?

 

The good news is that you may not experience any down time when changing your A records, if they are already managed through Cloudflare (or at least the downtime will be minimal if it does occur).  However please note that you will need to set the "proxy status" on the A record(s) for your iMIS domain/subdomains to "DNS only"Cloudflare calls this "grey clouding" -- because in the DNS management interface, you will see an orange cloud icon if your site's proxy status is "Proxied", but a grey cloud icon if the proxy status is "DNS only".  By clicking on the cloud icon, you can change it from orange to grey (see sample screenshot below).  If you have any questions or need additional details, please submit a hosting support ticket for assistance.
