What if we use the same FQDN for both our iMIS Staff site (or Asi.Scheduler endpoint) and the RDP connection to the application/web server?

The DNS entry for your iMIS site(s) MUST be changed to the WAF IP address.  Therefore, if you use the same fully qualified domain name (FQDN) for a Remote Desktop (RDP) connection to the server hosting that site, you will need to instead use the server's public IP address for the RDP connection, or create a NEW DNS entry for the RDP connection.  The RDP DNS entry should be directed to the server IP address (not the WAF IP).  If preferred, ASI Cloud Services can create a new "imiscloud.com" DNS entry for your server, by request.  Just submit a Hosting Support ticket, and our team can assist with that.
