Update for issues opening files

Unfortunately this issue is still in process of a resolution. This issue has impacted many clients and the development team are continuing to implement a solution to resolve.  Please note that despite impacting PDF downloads, this issue is not impacting any payments, schedules, emails or other functions within Association Online.

ASI is also documenting a set of instructions that will assist clients in re-attaching any missing PDF invoices to their members who placed orders since May 31st.  We will publish these instructions once the PDF issue is resolved. Our current expectation is that the issue will be fixed overnight and as such live in your system by 3rd June.
