Issues with opening files

Notice: an overnight security update has impacted how files may be accessed via the web server. This has meant that temporarily invoices and certificates are unable to be opened. This is currently impacting a number of clients and ASI is working with clients via support system to resolve the issue.

I am sorry we do not have an update as yet.

The AO team are working to resolve the issue.

We do hope to have one for you first thing tomorrow morning.

We still can't get invoice PDFs or certificate PDFs this morning.

What progress was made overnight? Do you have any further information for us on what caused this problem and when we can expect a fix?

Our membership renewals commenced on 31 May, and a ring around to those who have renewed since then, indicates the invoice issue has been occurring since at least then. A speedy fix would be wonderful, as this is one of our most invoice-intensive periods of the year.

We're still waiting to hear how we can generate invoices and get them re-sent to all the members who didn't get them during the ~4 days this was down.

We saw an email go out around 8pm May 29 and it had an invoice PDF attached. The next order was around midday on May 30, and it had no PDF. It seems like this got broken on Friday night and we weren't told about it until customers told us that it was broken on Monday.
