To: All ASI Clients
Date: February 19, 2026
We want to make you aware of a recent phishing attempt impersonating Advanced Solutions International (ASI).
A threat actor sent emails from the domain @advancedsolutions.one, falsely claiming to be an ASI staff member. The message included a PDF requesting that the client update ASI’s remittance information to divert future payments.
The PDF contained fabricated bank information and a forged staff signature. Fortunately, the phishing attempt was caught before any funds were affected.
Please see the example below, with the fraudulent banking information redacted. Although this letter was purported to have originated from our Asia Pacific office, similar letters may be presented as coming from any regional location.
Email messages using the domain @advancedsolutions.one did NOT come from ASI.
Because of the threat posed by these actors, we strongly advise all our partners and clients to remain vigilant to reduce the financial and cybersecurity risk associated with these phishing attacks.
Valid email communications from ASI or affiliates will originate only from one of the following domains:
Any email purporting to be from ASI or an affiliate that does not originate from one of the above domains is definitely illegitimate and should be ignored completely.
Immediate Actions to Take
If you have received any communication asking to update ASI payment or banking information:
- Do not respond to the message.
- Do not open any attachments (or stop using them if you already opened them).
- Forward the suspicious email (including attachments) to your cybersecurity team.
Please be on alert for any requests and/or any instructions you may receive to provide or change account information. ASI has not updated or changed our payment policies or procedures and we would never request accounts payable or account information from clients for whom we already have a client record.
If you receive one of these phishing emails in the future, please report it to ASI by opening a ticket at support.imis.com
