Our iMIS website uses the "imiscloud" (or "advsolhosting" or "asicanada") domain. Do I need to make any changes?

No.  ASI Cloud Services manages DNS for these domains, and will take care of all updates needed for sites using the "imiscloud.com", "advsolhosting.net", or "asicanada.net" domains.
