Error initializing customer portfolio: type mismatch


Upon opening iMIS desktop for this workstation, I get the following error. Error initializing customer portfolio: type mismatch.

Please login to Desktop as Manager and go to File > System Setup. In the System Name field make a change to the name then save and restart iMIS Desktop.

It's a known issue when you add the iMIS license through the staff site it won't take from iMIS Desktop but instead gives the Type Mismatch error when you login and click the Customers tab. The work around is to make an edit from File > System Setup - that refreshes the iMIS Desktop license.
