Since TaskCentre uses the SMTP server for email tasks, there may be some post-migration updates required. Since the ASI team does not typically have credentials for accessing your system, you will most likely need to update the SMTP related Events in TaskCentre under System > Tools > Event or Output > SMTP. When you select "Properties", you will see the old IP address of the iMIS application server there. You will need to update this with the new private IP address of the application server. (ASI Cloud Services will provide this to TaskCentre users; please submit a Hosting Support ticket to request this if you have not received it.) The SMTP settings on the server will also need to be configured to include the new private IP address of the SQL server in the allowed relay list.
